The Office Space in 2021
The office space in 2021: smart working and evolution in the workplace, there are many ways of designing it.
Smart working is generally viewed negatively because it precludes contact with other colleagues, the exchange of ideas and opinions, the chance to meet new people and engage with them and, in a broader sense, forces the worker to shut himself in and leave the world outside.

Because of COVID-19 this condition is necessary but experts claim that you will return to work in the office, in a different, smoother, more versatile and more effective way. Let’s find out how!
There is a need to redesign the paradigms of the spatial organisation of offices; we can no longer think of the office as a battery of computers and desks all alike. The office must become an inspirational model for small communities. A place for sharing and motivation.

If it is true that the ‘traditional’ office will not disappear completely, it is also true that smart working from home will not disappear. There will be a real fusion between these two solutions. The smart worker will have to be able to choose how to work and where to work. There will be fewer offices. More identity-based. More open. Specialised. Places to go when needed, not necessarily at the same time every day.
Obviously, much more will have to be done: we will have to work on materials that can be sanitised, on laminates that are easy to clean with the right reagents, on fabrics that are easy to sanitise. It will be indispensable to facilitate the movement of furniture and its spacing in space.
The trend for the year 2021 is that in the office, whether at home or in the company offices, the window will increasingly be the most important and focal point. No longer just as a threshold separating inside from outside, but as an opening to the world.
